The PNP Norma A. Liner Unit of the Marine Corps League Auxiliary was Chartered in October 2019 in Houma, Louisiana. The Auxiliary was formed for the purposes of promoting the interests of the United States Marine Corps, the Marine Corps League, Inc., and to protect and advance the welfare of Marines and their dependents. Auxiliary members participate in a wide variety of programs that benefit and preserve the fundamental rights and freedoms of every person of this nation, young and old.
Our objective is to provide a shared community work space that promotes and facilitates practical education to learn, make, and mentor in technology and arts. 1st Maker Bn. will give members access to a wide range of tools, equipment, and machinery to broaden and strengthen the quality of life, increase job skills, and cultivate entrepreneurial incubation and acceleration to help support the community and increase commerce.
Active, reserve, retired, and veteran Marines continue the faithful tradition of looking out for the Marines to their left and right. Providing mentorship, career counseling, Veteran Service Officer VA support, assisting with transitions, and providing opportunities for family.

The Houma-Terrebonne Chapter of Toys for Tots is an official chapter of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program, based in Houma, LA and serving all of Terrebonne Parish.
The mission of the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the community in which the campaign is conducted. The primary goal of Toys for Tots is to deliver, through a new toy at Christmas, a message of hope to less fortunate youngsters that will assist them in becoming responsible, productive, patriotic citizens.
