Roger D. Songe Veteran's Memorial Park 2022

Under the guidance and oversight of the Veterans Park board, MCL475 voluntarily maintains the veterans park on 311 in Houma by collecting and disposing of tattered flags, pressure washing, painting, and various other maintenance.

On March 19, 2022, MCL475 and PNP Norma A Liner Auxiliary unit spent the day conducting an annual pressure washing as well as replacing the toppers and pullies on all of the flag poles.

On April 23, 2022, MCL475 returned, along with members of the Bayou Blue Boys Scouts to re-paint the concrete pads at the park.
